Production Path

Support areas after formula approval

The production route is defined only after the formulation direction, packaging, commercial conditions and responsibilities have been reviewed.

01

Packaging Direction

Aluminium cans, PET bottles, glass bottles, Tetra Pak and other formats reviewed according to product and commercial requirements.

02

Scale-Up Planning

Technical considerations for water, mixing, ingredient addition, processing, carbonation, filling and line preparation.

03

Manufacturing Coordination

Structured communication with the selected production partner and the relevant technical, quality and commercial teams.

04

Artwork & Compliance

Coordination of packaging information, technical documents, artwork requirements and commercial-readiness checks.

05

Quality Workflow

Defined responsibilities for approvals, production checks, documentation, release and project communication.

06

Supply & Logistics

Commercial supply planning, export documentation, transport coordination and delivery support where agreed.

Packaging Routes

Production support aligned with the selected final format

Packaging influences formulation, process conditions, filling method, shelf-life, artwork, minimum order quantity and total project feasibility.

Aluminium Cans

Carbonated and non-carbonated beverages in selected can sizes, subject to line compatibility, decoration route and approved production MOQ.

PET Bottles

Water, tea, juice drinks, functional beverages and selected ambient concepts according to bottle, cap and process requirements.

Glass Bottles

Premium soft drinks, mocktails, juices and specialty beverages requiring a differentiated presentation and suitable filling route.

Tetra Pak & Small Formats

Juice, NFC, ambient and concentrated functional concepts developed and coordinated according to the selected manufacturing system.

Beverage production scale-up and technical coordination
Industrial Preparation

Production readiness requires technical and commercial alignment.

A laboratory formula cannot be treated as automatically validated for every factory, process, filling line or packaging configuration.

Selected factory and production-line compatibility
Raw-material availability and approved specifications
Processing sequence, temperature and mixing conditions
Carbonation, filling and packaging requirements
Quality, microbiological and shelf-life validation responsibilities
Approved commercial terms, MOQ and payment conditions
Commercial Workflow

A controlled route from development approval to supply

1

Formula Approval

The selected development direction is approved within the agreed project scope.

2

Production Review

Factory, process, packaging, MOQ, capacity and timing are reviewed.

3

Commercial Agreement

Price, payment, responsibilities and production conditions are formally accepted.

4

Industrial Execution

Scale-up, production, quality workflow and approvals are coordinated.

5

Supply & Delivery

Release, transport, export documentation and delivery are managed where included.

Important Production Clarification

Production support is subject to separate approval and agreement.

Recipe development does not automatically create a manufacturing commitment, reserve production capacity or guarantee compatibility with every production line. Final production scope, MOQ, price, payment, validation, quality, logistics and responsibilities must be defined in the applicable signed production agreement or statement of work.
